I went back to the Braan at Ossian’s Hall the next day. The water had fallen quite a lot overnight which changed the river images considerably and allowed me to do a lot more scrambling over the various rocks. On my way back I spotted this lovely bright orange leaf on some rocks – I think it’s a birch leaf – along with a few larch needles, and took this shot.
Like the previous shot this was taken with an old manual 70-200mm Pentax lens.
